CEO

Sylvia A Jones Keys has over 30 years of experience in the Automotive Component Supply business in Global Supply Management, International Logistics, and Production Control.  She earned a MBA and a BA in Organizational Behavior from Michigan State University.  MSCAP - 2011 (Microsoft Certified Application Specialist) - Microsoft Word , Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Powerpoint.



Web Designer

Ted Keys is a Novell Certified Engineer - CNA 3, CNA 4, CNE 3/4, and CNE 5.  He has a Bachelor Degree in Applied Science with a minor in Computer Science.  Ted completed a Web Design Certification program at Baker College April 1, 2009.   He completed courses in XHTML, JavaScript, Perl, Flash, Dreamweaver, PHP, Fireworks, and E-Commerce.   He graduated from the University of Michigan Cum Laude and was elected a member of the Phi Alpha Theta Honorary Society.  He has eighteen years experience in Local Area Networks.



Mission

The Keys of Opportunity ' s mission is to provide entrance to computer technology with reliable and affordable technical assistance to non-profits servicing the under privileged and senior citizens who have been traditionally excluded from the world of technology.



Company

The Keys of Opportunity is a Christian based company founded in June, 2004 and provides computer network consulting solutions to non-profits. It is a LLC filing as a S-Corporation in the state of Michigan. Our principal offices are located in Grand Blanc, Michigan .



Current Position

The Keys of Opportunity provides computer network technology for wired and wireless networks. We also provide computer security by removing viruses and installing virus scan software on desktop and laptop computers. Private instruction for Microsoft Office products is available via our services.



Products or Services

Currently, The Keys of Opportunity provides computer network consulting solutions to non-profits servicing the under privileged and senior citizens who have been traditionally excluded from the world of technology. As the company gains clientele it plans to expand its services to small businesses and home office business users by adding sufficient capital to sustain even greater accounts receivables.



The Keys of Opportunity has analyzed its costs and researched market value for pricing purpose. We will maintain competitive pricing and will contribute 2 hours per month as volunteers along with contributing 10% of pretax profits to charity. This will maintain the image of a service-oriented company with a commitment to providing opportunity to all citizens, regardless of socio-economic standing.
